Over the next few weeks we will be rolling out a new opportunity for you to be able to do everything from share your thoughts & suggestions, to getting information about various ministries & ways to be involved around the parish, (for when someone new visits us) to begin the process of joining our parish family. These boxes will be found, starting with the first weekend of October, October 1st & 2nd, at the doors of the Church.

Before these boxes appear, I want to clarify & outline a few important items...

1. These suggestion boxes are intended for constructive suggestions & new ideas. They are NOT meant for critical assessments of homilies, staff, and/or Diocesan policies.


2. On a regular basis, the forms will be removed from the boxes & distributed to the appropriate party. Questions, thoughts, & suggestions, will be discussed at our Parish Pastoral Council meetings.


3. So that action can be taken & an answer/response can be provided, we kindly ask that, unless absolutely necessary, anonymous suggestions/questions/complaints are avoided.


4. These suggestion boxes are not meant to replace calling/ emailing Father or any staff member with a question or thought Please continue to do so, these boxes simply provide another opportunity for you to offer your thoughts/suggestions.


5. Please know too that, simply because a thought/comment/ suggestion was not acted upon as you might have liked, that does not mean it wasn’t listened to. We will discuss every form that is placed in the box & decide on how to proceed from there.
